Sharify Service Private Limited and its affiliates, subsidiaries & associate companies (hereinafter referred individually and/ or collectively as “Statiq”) is/are concerned about the privacy of the data and information of the users accessing, using or purchasing products or services on any of Statiq’s websites, mobile sites or mobile applications thereof accessible through various internet enabled smart devices (individually and collectively referred to as “Platform”) or otherwise doing business with Statiq.

This Privacy Policy applies to Statiq which includes all its affiliates, subsidiaries & associate companies and helps you understand how we collect, use, store, process, transfer, share, and otherwise deal with and protect all your information when you visit any of our Platform and use our products and services or even otherwise visit the Platform.

The term “We”/ “Us” / “Our” used in this document refers to Statiq and "You" / "Your" /"Yourself" refers to the users, who visit or access or use (collectively “usage”) the Platform. If you see an undefined term in this Privacy Policy, it has the same definition as in our Terms of Service.

Information from third parties: We may collect, process and store Your user ID and type of signup method used, associated with any social media account (such as your Facebook, and Google account) that You use to sign into the Platform or connect with or use with the products or services. When You sign in to Your account with Your social media account information, or otherwise connect to Your social media account with the Product or Services, You consent to Our collection, storage, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, of the information that You make available to Us through the social media interface. This could include, without limitation, any information that You have made public through Your social media account, information that the social media service shares with Us, or information that is disclosed during the sign-in process. It is important to note that your consent will be sought for the implementation of this service, and you will be appropriately informed about the same.

      1. Information that is necessary for the use of the Website and mobile application: We ask for and collect your personal information about you when you use the Website and mobile application. This information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us and to allow us to comply with our legal obligations.     3. To send You surveys and marketing communications or facilitate various programmes and initiatives launched either by Us or third party which We believe may be of interest to You.

    4. To facilitate Your usage of Platform (what features You like, how You use the, etc.) and improve Our products or services, or any other content on the Platform (such as by personalizing content to your interests), process and complete your transactions, and make special offers.

    5. To review Platform performance, diagnose technical problems and do data analysis to make Your experience better.

    7. To inform You about change in any term and condition of this Privacy Policy or Terms of Use of any Platform of Statiq.

  5. Sharing, Transfer or Disclosure of Your Information:

    1. Any service or product provided through Our Platform may be provided either by Statiq or its vendor, dealer, OEM, channel partners and other third parties (“Other Entities”) which are registered with Statiq to render the services or provide products through Platform or otherwise. You acknowledge and agree that Statiq may share, disclose, transfer or part with Your Information to Other Entities depending upon the type of Product or Service You are looking for or for one or more of the permissible purposes. Statiq may also share Your Personal or Non-Personal information where it is required to share the same with such Other Entities for providing you the product or service and You provide Statiq, Your consent to do the same.

    2. Statiq may share statistical data and/or other Non-personal Information or details to facilitate various program or initiatives launched by Statiq, third party service providers, partners or financial institutions, from time to time.

    3. We use other third parties such as a credit/debit card processing company, payment gateway, pre-paid cards etc. to enable You to make payments for buying products or availing services on Platform. When You sign up for these services, You may have the ability to save Your card details for future reference and faster future payments. In such case, We may share Your relevant Information as necessary for the third parties to provide such services, including your name, residence and email address. The processing of payments or authorization is solely in accordance with these third parties policies, terms and conditions and we are not in any manner responsible or liable to You or any third party for any delay or failure at their end in processing the payments.

In addition to this, Statiq reserve the right to share Your Information with any Government Agency or other authorized law enforcement agencies (LEAs) mandated under law to obtain Your Information for the purpose of verification of identity or for prevention, detection, investigation including but not limited to cyber incidents, prosecution, and punishment of offences etc.

    5. We may share Your Information in any other circumstances where We have Your consent.

  7. Statiq takes utmost care to secure Your Information from unauthorised access, usage or disclosure or alteration. We take appropriate steps and security measures to safeguard Your Information and make sure that Your Information is secured as mandated by law. For this purpose we adopt reasonable security practices and procedures, in line with the industry standard, to include, technical, operational, managerial and physical security controls in order to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, or disclosure while it is under our control.

    While We protect Your Personal information as per industry standards, You acknowledge that the internet or computer networks are not fully secure and that We cannot provide any absolute assurance regarding the security of Your Personal information. Therefore You acknowledge that You shall not hold responsible Statiq in any manner whatsoever for loss of Your Information, or any other data, which You shares with Us or which We have with Us if such loss or any damage caused to You because of Force Majeure events. You further acknowledge that any information (including your personal information) transmitted to Us or from Your use of Platform will therefore be at Your own risk.

    It is clarified that Force Majeure events includes any event which is beyond the reasonable control of Statiq which may include but not limited to sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer, computer system or computer network, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption.

  8. Other Important Information:

  9. Analyzing your Communications. We may review, scan, or analyze your communications on the Website for fraud prevention, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, investigation, product development, research, and customer support purposes. In some cases, we may also scan, review, or analyze messages to debug, improve, and expand product offerings. We will not review, scan, or analyze your communications to send third party marketing messages to you, and we will not sell reviews or analyses of these communications.

  10. Third Party Partners & Integrations:

    1. Service Providers: Company uses a variety of third-party service providers to help us provide services related to the Website and the mobile application. These service providers may help us to perform product development, maintenance and debugging, allow the provision of our services through third party platforms and software tools, or provide customer service, advertising, or payments services or any other services. These providers have limited access to your information to perform these tasks on our behalf and are required to protect and to use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed and consistent with this Privacy Policy.

    2. Statiq Connect. This “feature”, “service”, “product” referred to by “Statiq Connect” or “it”, is developed in-house by Statiq. It uses third party integrations and telematics to fetch, store and display data from electric vehicles of Statiq users who have consented to the same by signing up for this feature.

      All and any data, directly from the user or that is received from third-party aggregators/integrations is managed using all standardised security practices, protocols and measures.

      This feature is aimed at providing an enhanced user experience (UX) to all electric vehicle owners who use Statiq’s application and services. The data fetched includes attributes like the vehicle make and model, registration number; Last known location of the vehicle and odometer details like total kms driven, range; etc. The entirety of this data is used to provide value to the user by building personalised dashboards for vehicle management; recommending chargers; charging; battery management etc.

      It is displayed in real-time as updated and fetched, directly to the user’s dashboards. However, if anyone enrolled for this feature wants to, they can, at any point, withdraw from viewing or accessing it by disconnecting from Statiq Connect.

      Our aim is to provide the best support, experience, value and product to our users and StatiqConnect is another effort towards achieving exactly that.

  11. Your Rights

    1. You are responsible for keeping your personal information up-to-date. You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information concerning you.

    2. In some jurisdictions, applicable law may entitle you to request copies of your personal information held by us. We generally retain your personal information forever in order to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your information to provide the Website to you, you may do so by sharing a request with our Grievance redressal officer. Please note:

      1. We may retain some of your personal information as necessary for our legitimate business interests;

      2. We may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations;

      3. Information you have shared with others (e.g., Reviews, forum postings) may continue to be publicly visible.
