Do I get information about charging sessions performed on my charger ?

Statiq’s CSMS generates regular reports in terms of utilisation at charger and revenue generated and by the 7th of every next month payment settlements are made

CSMS has an entire section detailing charging sessions and related information for you. As an admin, you will be able to any in-progress / completed sessions, the revenue generated from that session, user details of the ev owner using your charger, as well as, units consumed. This information is also comprised in an interactive dashboard under CSMS.

Can I see the transactions done on my app ?

We have an entire module dedicated to tracking user payments. It would capture the details like – payment ID, user details, amount, and the payment source. An invoice/ receipt can also be viewed & downloaded for each transaction.

Who should have access to my CSMS ?

We have integrated all major payment gateways with our software solution but in case you have a preferred payment gateway partner we integrate the same with the mobile application

CSMS access is given to administrators only. Each admin can further have different levels of permissions based on what modules they need to have access to. For example, a finance admin can be given access to ONLY transactions that are recorded on CSMS and not to other modules.

As a fleet admin, can I add money to my company wallet?

Yes. As a fleet admin, you can add money to your company wallet by clicking on "Buy credits" on the Company Details page.

Can I view invoices of all the Charging Sessions undertaken by drivers?

Yes. As an admin, you can both view and download all the charging session invoices from CSMS. The invoices can be accessed under Billings & Payments module.

As a CPO admin, is buying a license mandatory to onboard a new charger on CSMS?

Yes, every new charger onboarded on CSMS is linked to a license. The license fee is determined at the time of company registration. Onboarding a charger on CSMS allows one to view all charger-related details on CSMS, including details of charging sessions undertaken on a specific charger.
